Financial Management, it is mainly about how well we can manage our personal finance with. As it has been described that ideally people need to have 2 account in their life. Basically the money that we have gained through the salary and will be divided into those 2 accounts: ‘trading’ and ‘profit’. Trading account is the account whereby we are able to use for the daily life expenses, however profit account where people save their money for the future investment purpose. The number of the ratio will be decided depends on the owner of the money with the certain ratio. Ideally the trading to profit ratio which are 9:1; 8:2 or 7:3.

Dilligent : in terms of tracking the progression of strategies, reviewing the result in terms of business context.

Vision: the way that direct people action with the linkage of the goal they would like to achieve on. People has different vision in their life, some of them has the vision of relationship, spiritual, business, family and mental which they would like to achieve in their life.

Communication: It is depend on the frequency and quality of the message delivering form one party to another

Partnering: It is the partnering with both alliance and internal employee which will make the process of organization even more effective

Prioritizing: time management doesn’t exist as there are only 24 hours that we have in a day. Therefore prioritizing comes in, in terms of the arrangement of the work/task that you have in hand based on the urgency.

Feedback: this is an effective way to know what others think/opinion about something. Only people who is open toward the criticism are able to improve themselves to be better.

Hard work: as this is applicable as the law of farm, whereby we will only harvest the outcome after we have put some much effort to ensure the seed is growing. It needs to take some time and patience to wait for the desired result.
