AIESEC LOCAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SEMINAR MAY 2014
In this Club, there is an out campus activities where we are travel to El Sanctuary, Malacca and having a three days two nights for the trip by paying 140 ringgit.
I could say the place we live in the jungle where I can feel the existing of nature environment surrounding us. It is indicated that our hut and bed is totally made from the wood. In there, we are being introduced about the AIESEC itself as an entity which the situation is very intense and technical. However, it also having an amazing social agenda such as: detective game and drinking mock tail competition where we having fun together and bond ourselves as a big entity. Doctor love, Punisher and the Fairy God Mother are even existed in bringing an entertainment to us during the trip.

Circle K House Visitation
There are two times for me to go to the orphanage house where there is a different situation I face between the houses I have visited. The first houses where the children is average on the 8-12 years old. We played, cleaned their accommodation and had lunch together with them.
The second house that I had gone through is where the children are in the same age around 7-8 years old. Compare to the first visitation, I feel that this one is a bit hard to communicate on since they are all not speaking in English, but in others language. Only a few of us know how to communicate with them.

AIESEC
UNI CAMPAIGN ''TECHCYCLE TECH4ALL''
As a member on the project management in AIESEC, TechCycle Tech4all is a national project that OUR DEPARTMENT carry on. It is about collecting an E-waste in front of Student Life Center where those E-waste will be refurbished by the NGO and ultimately will give it to the unprivileged children.
Also, there are other booth about Human Trafficking . . .

HIGH SCHOOL
''LEADESRHIP TRAINING 2011''
It is one day trip in a typical jungle which suitable for a camp. It is organize by high school to develop student independence and survive skills in jungle. We are cooking by using natural material and we are having an adventurous jungle hiking which is quite challenging and exciting for me. We learn the integrity and teamwork among each other in completing the task.

After I come back from the visitation trip, I have found out that some of them are talented children where the medals are hanging around the house. Honestly, I didn’t expect that they have skills and was to underestimate them which make me feel guilty by judging based on stereotype.
As an international student, I realized that it is important from me to start learning the host country language where I pursued my studies on. I also found out a fact that a Muslim children whether a male/female no matter what age it is, they are very sensitive where different sex can’t touch each other and vice versa.
I can conclude that I have gained lots of knowledge from only visit on two different houses about the importance of culture differences, avoiding the stereotype, language importance, being an emphaty and appreciate things we have value.
Here are the two photos on the two different house visitation.

The most unique part is all of us having an exam or even assignment that due on Monday, however all members are willing to spend their time in the trip. It shows that they have a high ability in their time-management skills and I am very proud of all of the members.
I can say that although the main objective of the trip is to develop leadership skills. Besides it, I also have gained sufficient knowledge about the organization itself and a friendship with people from different schools within three days. During the Malacca trip, I can refresh and relax myself by escaping the reality of life for a while. Moreover, I feel that my motivation in doing things has highly increased after I had joined the trip. I feel this trip is worth for me to go and will be the unforgettable experience that I had ever had.
