1. Health:

“Human souls are only alive in their body, there is no other places it can lived on, so take care of it”  

 

This is where there is a real story where it is easy for company to dispose its employee no matter how high the position it is in the company itself, there is a possibility where the CEO is going to be replaced tomorrow and replace by the new person to be in charged with the position.

 

In short, human doesn’t own the position, human only own its own body. There is no point to sacrifice health to exchange with position in the company.  Lastly, it is very important to have a balance in life and work.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Focus and Prioritize: BHAG, ‘Big Hairy Audacious Goal’ where start to set a dream that is Big enough and it is going to be your legacy by the end of your life journey.

3. Maximize the team potential:

It is a need to be grateful in having a team that rich of different kind of personality, instead of having a bunch of people that has a same mind set and the way of doing thing.

Though the drawback in a diverse team, there will be a drama and it is where leader need to combine all of the different personality together and complement each other weakness.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Leadership= stewardship

“If you are taking a leadership position, it is not all about the position but it is all about the action-oriented that define them“

Leader is the person that is ready to take charge and put their effort to make things happen, instead of complain. Therefore, they need to serve its team member with treatment that can empower them without being paid for the service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. GO HOME AND START DREAMING

Home is the only place where it won’t let behind its family member and being accepted as who we are. Contemplating and reflection allow every single individual to think back on what they really want to achieve in their life. As if what legacy they would like to left in the world before they reach the end of their life journey.
