It sounds like a leadership theme more compare to entrepreneur field which is a bit out of track. But if you have this paradigm, then you are wrong. Entrepreneurship also need leadership skills that will bring everyone together to make things happen. As usual people said ‘Alone you can go fast, but without a team you won’t be able go the extra miles.’

Leader delegate task, they are not the one who is doing
They are the one who is leading by telling who, what, where and when not to do something as a basic guideline. The rest of it, they let it go for the newbies to have its own creative way in completing the assigned task.

Leader must like this 2 terms: Accountable and Responsibility
-Accountable: take in charge on someone misdeed (eg: willing to take blame from others) and proud of the member that have achieve their goal.
-Responsibility: Able to be responsible toward the expectation that everyone has on you by not giving up in the middle of the journey and throw everything aside.

Leadership=Parenting
It means that leader act as a parent that take care of their child, they need to keep engage with them constantly to check whether everything is alight from their side both personal and work issue.

Member will perform with and without leader physical presence
This is where the important of empowerment comes in. It allows the leader to be a mentor and coach, so that member gain the necessary power of knowledge and enthusiasm to perform the things by themselves in future even the leader is away.

Leadership = analogized as 5 fingers
-Thumb act as character;
-Index act as direction;
-Middle act as promotion;
-Ring act as engager with relationship; -Pinky act as little things that counts.
