Which kind of participant you are in? Notified yourself and start to transform yourself to become a "Learner' type!
In fact every kind of seminar, there will be always 4 types of listener/audiences:
1. Prisoner:
Those who has been forced to attend the talk due to the obligation or gain something in return. It indicates people who brings their unrelated notes or stuff to study or complete their assignment (eg: additional marks or point from the university).
2. Professor:
Those who are sitting down and waiting the audience to impress themselves during the talk. It indicates the people who is passive and not much participation in the session.
3. Tourist:
Indicates that people who are coming for the talk for the sake of the facilities that is available and given during the talk (eg: free lunch, free air conditioner and nice seat)
4. Learner:
Those who really want to learn something and gain some insight from the speaker talk. They are the one who is continuously taking important note that they think is worth for written down. They are very active and well-participation with the speaker by answering the questions.

The sentence is logical to say that academic transcript or the one that we so called as CGPA is no longer use as the standard of person success. However, it doesn’t mean that it is useless to go for a tertiary education. University life is all about the people that you have met (networking), the friends that is your course mate, the exam, the group assignment (teamwork) and the activities that you have gone through which able to help you out in improving yourself.
